Market Highlights:

  • The single-family home median sales price rose 6% year-over-year to $1,112,722, while the condo median price fell 2.8% to $517,500.
  • Mortgage rates showed a gradual decline and September ended with the average 30-year fixed rate hovering above 6%
  • DOM for Single-family homes was only 19 days
  • Single-family home sales declined 6.5% compared to September 2023
