Market Highlights:

  • In comparison to last month, sales are up for both single-family homes (26%) and condos (4.3%)
  • The Ewa Plain recorded the largest share of single-family home sales at 25.6% (or 67 sales)
  • The Leeward region had the most increase in active listings (55.6% or 70 active listings)
  •  Condos in the $700,000 and up price range experienced a 48.5% drop in sales year-over-year
  • Approximately 45% of single-family home sales and 45% of the condo sales received the full asking price or more. (in May 2022 that amount was 75% and 65%)
