April 2021 Market Stats

 Closed sales of condos rose 88% in April!

Since travel restrictions lessened, we started to see more activity in the condo market. Last month, 645 condominiums were sold compared to 343 in April of 2020. Inventory for single family homes continues to be low, and the market is very competitive, so if you know someone who is looking to sell, now it may be a good time to list- I would appreciate your referrals!

-Inspect wood surfaces for weathering & repaint/reseal if necessary.
-Clean dishwasher filter. Clean dishwasher by placing a cup of vinegar in the top rack & running a cycle
